Home has living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry closet with washer/dryer and 1.5 bathrooms. This 1500 sq. ft condo is located on a scenic lake. Boating and fishing are allowed. Two buslines (Gold and Brown) are within walking distance.The condo is near many restaurants...Panera, Zelma's, Sunsinger, etc.
