House is in a great Golfing community you'll have access to hiking, biking, Tennis, Olympic size pools, recreation senters and many other amenities. Roommates consist of 2 females and one male. We are very considerate and easy to get along with. We do like to go out and have fun every now and then.

I'm very socially and philosophically open, but I completely respect the privacy of others. I'm hoping to find a house or duplex that will afford me plenty of peace and privacy, preferrably in central or south-central Austin. Furnished master bedroom/priv bath/garage parking $650(share utilities), also plan to rent front furnished bedroom/share bath/off street parking $550(share utilities) Maybe you have a friend? Please no drugs, nothing illegal. I will only stay there one or two days a week. 3/2/2 brick house. Lovely clean neighborhood, lots of young people. Singles and young families that are very friendly.

'm gonna have to head home for the summer, so I need someone to rent my room while I'm gone. I already have one roommate who will be here. He's 23, works for a lawyer, likes music, gaming, and computers. It's a 2-2 with plenty of space. 1st Floor. Free parking, near campus.
