Only one neighbor next door, really nice. A must for any serious student. Privacy & Security.

I have a room available in an older home with a porch for sitting and yard with flowers and trees for peacefulness. Lots of birds and bees and butterflies. I am looking for a mature adult either fully employed or retired with a stable income. Since I do eat healthy I would prefer someone along the same lines, but that can be negotiated.
