rizeman   Hi, I like to be quiet, but sometimes I am restless, so i usually go run around in town(not to wake anybody up). I spend an average of 8- 10 hrs at home and I don't hang around riff raft. I am an Artist; sketching, oil painting, etc. So a balcony or a veiw would be great but it is not a must. I am looking to move into a place that has specific style, nothing too bland. As you can tell i tend to be a little straight forward and i don't avoid getting to the point.

LoriL4   Darling, clean corner lot home w/a view of Lake Minnetonka from the deck/yard. Walk .5 block to the lake. Beautifully maintained yard w/flowers, bird houses & majestic trees. Lower level gas fireplace. Quiet friendly neighbors. We have a Maltese dog & 2 parakeets. 3 BRs on the main level & a full bath, LR, DR & kitchen. Deck off DR. Finished LL w/a 1/2 bath & a large room that couldbe used as a BR. A spot in the large tuck-under garage is negotiable. Parking in driveway is OK.

My girlfriend lives right next to Hamline U. where I go to school so I will likely spend the night out quite often, but when I'm around I am easy going and easy to get along with.
osiris1   it's an older house but is still in good shape everything inside was painted less then a year ago. It has a huge yard (3+ acres) and a heated detached garage that you can park in. nBedrooms and bathes are all on the second floor the basement in 2 livingrooms and a laundry room
