Very spacious living area and kitchen. The neighborhood stays calm and quiet and the housing community is pretty much crime free. Both of us that live here are pretty easy to get along with, just make sure to get rent in on time and clean up after yourself. Couples are welcome and outdoor dogs are welcome. Outside smokers welcome. If you have a laptop with built in internet, you do get signal from one of the other houses.
