I would not be home often because of my work. I'm opening a new market area and I will be busy. When I have time off, I do not want to stay at home. I am very polite and a great roommate because I am very considerate of others. I am a clean freak and like everything in its place. I am very out going and easy to get along with. I prefer a woman roommate because women are cleaner and more considerate. I will need to make friends because I am relocating from Tucson, Arizona.

I love this neighborhood, it's quiet (but close enough to walk to "fun" streets), right off beautiful LAKE St. It's right near the Presidio (for amazing morning walks/hikes)and just around the corner from Mountain-Lake park. Parking is pretty good, compaired to the rest of the city and the bus runs all the way downtown from the corner. The flat is charming, large and spacious; the room for rent is "modest" in size. The bathroom is shared, but I work mixed hrs so it's never been an issue...ever.
