Nothing special, although everything is newly painted and recarpeted. I will take care of the rest of the house and turn the extra room Into something pet related. Like cat trees and stuff... Raineydeer   Alright. Well, I have a private bed for rent in my home with a detached bathroom next to it. It has a walk in closet that’s completly empty. Off street parking available. Big deck out back. I have a lot of pets so you have to be comfortable with that. 3 large dogs, 3 cats, and a ball python. I’m considered pretty cleanly but nobody is perfect. I’m an outside smoker, and drink despite being under age. That is something you’d need to be comfortable with. WiFi and utilities included.
