This house is in great shape. Was built in 2000 and very well kept. The house is fully furnished with exception to the bedroom that is available. $450 includes everything, (rent, digital cable, electric, water, trash pick-up, use of applicances, high speed internet access, etc). The deposit is refundable if the terms are met following the fullfilment of the contract.

well this is always hard to talk about myself. But I am 23 I am very easy going, clean,just a pretty much happy go lucky tkind of girl. Im not wild but I do like to have fun. Now this might turn you off but I do have 2 very small pets. Oscar the dog and Emmy the cat. The dog is half poddle so he does not shed. They are both great animals and I promise you would fall in love with them when you meet them. But they do usally stay in my room.

I currently live in a 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment. It is very nice & I have been in this apartment for 4 years. If I could find 2 new roommates that would be great. If not, I am on the list for a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment within the same complex with the rent being somewhere around $372. These are very nice gated apartments. Wonderful 3 br 2 ba home in suburban Lowndes County two miles from Moody AFB and 7 miles from Valdosta State University. Occupied by 37 year old dad, 3 12 year old son, and three cats. Convenient to shopping but secluded enough to be away from the hustle of the city.

3bd 3bath each room has it's own private bathroom and walk in closet. Brand new home that 3 of us are renting, 7 minutes from VSU. Pet friendly. Two female roommates, 24 and 20!
