A quiet, homey environment, centrally located near restaurants, shopping, bus line, medical facilities, and the downtown square. Kingwood Center, with its gorgeous gardens, walkways, trails, and botanical conservatories is only 1 block away. North Central State College and OSU-Mansfield are about 15 minutes drive.
mvaporeon   I'm a dog trainer. I have a sun conure and a 3 legged cat. I may be getting a dog. I am crazy about animals thats why I work at a pet store. If I have 2 roomates there is no cost for water, electricity, gas or trash. Otherwise it gets split. The house was built 1890 but everthing has been updated and is brand new. I plan on putting in a 2nd full bathroom. The full attic can be the 4th bedroom or a place to do whatever. LOVE to BQ! :P
