Huge condo with lots of space. All new appliances including a laundry room with washer/dryer. 2 full bathrooms and big bedrooms. Rent includes trash, water, and laundry use. You pay rent plus 1/2 of cable bill, and 1/2 of utility bill.

Very nice large 4 bedroom Cap Code House in the downtown Flint area. The house is very modern and neat and clean. THe house has two kitchens and 2 living rooms. Giving lots of privacy.
