Mostly furnished apt, except bedroom (12.9 x 11.5). 1.5 baths – just shower shared. I am open to sharing my tv, dvd player, kitchen stuff, etc. I do freelance graphic/web design from my home office. I'm in the apartment a lot working on various projects. I'm a bit of a night owl, but am pretty quiet. I currently have 2 friendly cats and a rabbit (caged).
