There is an old cemetery near front of house from the 1800's (hidden in the tree's). On top of small hill overlooking 18 acres with cattle. 1 road in, 1 road out across an old looking bridge. Peaceful. Have telescope. Possible sharing of art studio room for additional money. Small pet possible. I have cats. Artist.
