Loosey   Large yard, wooded area out back. Birds and squirrels at the feeders. Can sit on deck to enjoy the view. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Friendly neighbors. Parking could be in the drive or, if we did some maneuvering, could maybe fit 2 cars in the garage. Guest bath is off the mudroom at one end of the house. It has a shower and toilet. I have 2 Chihuahuas, cats. Small pet door, fenced area. Prefer someone close to my age. Must like pets and be clean; especially after using the bathroom.
