dicham   nice 3 bedroom house with finished basement that can be used as a room. in the suburbs, 10 minutes from kutztown university, 30 minutes from city of reading. still in the process of closing on the house, so $500 a month is tentative right now until i figure out the mortgage. but it will include utilities and high-speed internet.

BeCkiJo   I have a 3 bedroom and 1.5 bath apartment on the first floor in a very sweet little apartment complex in Pottstown. It's a very nice place with carpet, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, gas stove, oven, fridge, and garbage disposal), cable, high speed internet, central air, front porch, laundry room just outside the front door, it's fully furnished and lanscaping and maintenance is completely taken care of by the landlord and crew. bigj1763   The place is a 2 bedroom apartment, kitchen, 1 bath, living room, patio, huge walk in closet, rent is $765 a month and would be split between the two of us. Internet in the apartment, a pool for residents, and a fitness center. The apartment is across the street from a mall, movie theatre, grocery store, 25 minutes from King of Pruissa and more amenities close by.
