OSpace   I was currently trying to sell my house so I could downsize. As for now, having a responsible roommate is my best available option. The house is a 4br/2ba house that's 1700 sqft. The house is located in a gated community in the DogWood housing complex. Less than 15 min. from Barksdale AFB. In regards to the utilities, we can just go half on the ones we share.
