I move a little slowly right now, but hopefully I'll be recovered by August, when I will need to move up there. The house is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath ranch with a fireplace, front porch, patio, large back yard and a 2-car garage. It is off of SR 37 and Southport Road in the Southern Dunes subdivision, so it includes a nice club house, pool, bike trails, golf course and tennis courts. All furniture besides the bedroom furniture for that room is already provided. Any extra furniture could be stored in the garage, or there is a storage facility within 3 minutes.
