skucker20   I am respectful of other people's privacy. I do play guitar and like music but I am considerate of noise and stuff like that where others are concerned. Basically just ask nicely and I'll gladly turn down the sound. I keep pretty well organized and clean. I don't smoke, drink, or party. I'd like to have my own room, and ideally my own bathroom, but if my roommate is someone who keeps clean I can share a bathroom. I really don't care about sexual orientation either way. THe kind of room mate i would look for is one that respects me, helps me out if I needed to and I would do the same in return, I would like to keep the place clean, I love animals especially dogs and horses.
alicat2977   The property is a pretty house built in the 1920's with a wrap-around porch. Room is a good size and comes fully furnished. Rent includes use of the rest of the house as well.

Seamus is a Newfoundland, and while small by Newfie standards, he does weigh in at about 115lbs. He's the sweetest dog you'll ever meet, though, and actually has a history of making non-dog people into dog-people. The job I'm taking is at a golf course near Flemington.
