The owner would like at least a 6 month lease, but she will be renting the place for a few years. courtney7345   The aparment is located in a luxury student complex called The University House at Starpass and the apartment itself is located within the heart of the complex (right next to the pool and fitness center!). It is 3 bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom and is fully furnished in modern decor. Gated private road and peacefilled desert surroundings - unobstructed mountain views - lush desert vegetation and arroyo area for personal reflective meandering - semi-rustic, semi-community living (wonderful neighbors) Private entrance and room. Share kitchen, central room and bathroom (large). Vegetarian/female preferred. Must be agreeable to occasional gatherings, meetings, ceremonies etc. - & possess awarness of spiritual life *;-)
