Gig   It is a very nice duplex. There is one floor pulse a basement. We already have a washer and dryer here. There is off street parking for the residents only. We have High Speed Internet and plenty of connections to go around. My roomie and I are pretty laid back so we are really easy to get along with. We are, for the most part, night owls. lad1295   Cute 2 story brick house located close to Nebraska Wesleyan University. Basement bedroom w/ walk-in closet. Bathroom, washer/dryer, living room, and spare bedroom located in basement as well. First floor contains kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms, dining and living rooms. Second floor contains 1 bedroom. Located in safe, family neighborhood.

The house looks small from the outside, but when you get in there are 3 bedrooms on the main floor with 2 full baths. then downstairs there in a finished basement with 2 more bedrooms and a familyroom a full bathroom and laundry and storage.
jenners777   This apartment building only has 8 apartments in it, and everything's pretty quiet around here... we're in a very rural area, with lots of big, old houses surrounding us. We're fairly close to downtown Lincoln, but it doesn't take long to get anywhere else in town, either!
