Zookpr21   I am going to be moving to the Spokane area in March of next year in order to attend CatTales Zoological Training Center. I would like to keep costs as low as possible to avoid having to get a full-time job. I want to be able to focus on school. puffytails1   My house is located just north of Northtown mall in Spokane. The neighborhood is relatively quiet. I have a driveway so it is not necessary to park your car on the street. I have a partial covered patio out back, great for barbecues, with good sized front and back yards for the city. The house is somewhere around 800 sq ft. The room is just under 12 ft X 12 ft. The room looks out onto the back yard through a large bay window. I already have a washer and dryer. Rent is $287.50 plus $100 utilitie
LHammerstone   a bedroom available to responsible person. Gas and water are included in rent. Nice sized bedroom the bedroom has its own closet and the closet doors them selves are all mirrored. You wouldn't belive the size of the space in them either.

jensasweetie   This is a nice, quiet property the movin-in date is actually flexible and the 6 month lease is what i desire I havent talked to the landlord yet abt that part...My daughter s well behaved, I just ask that my new roommate not have any children because it can cause parenting problems if you dont agree. Also, I like to play sometimes on the weekend but being a full time student and single mom, I dont have a lot of time for playing but try to catch it when I can.
