I'm friendly, fun, liberal & easy-going and am looking for a roommate with the same qualities. The house is two story passive/solar with brick floors downstairs and carpeting upstairs on a wooded lot. I have a friendly black lab mix and two kittens. I have a dishwasher, wood-burning stove, cable, DSL, and washer/dryer. I am a smoker, but don't mind keeping it mostly outside. Rent is $350 + 1/3 utilities. Also the option of having both bedrooms & large private bath for $520 + 1/2 utilities.

THE APARMENT IS FOXFIRE WHICH IS LOCATED OFF OF DUKE STREET. GREAT LOCATION!! LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO STAY AT LEAST 3 MONTHS. $400 FROM YOU TAKES CARE OF EVERYTHING EXCEPT FOOD AND I WILL BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO GO HALF ON THAT. THE MAIN BATHROOM IS BETWEEN THE TWO BEDROOMS MEANING WE HAVE TO SHARE BUT DON'T WORRY I AM A CLEAN PERSON.
