The apartment is brick built, and is very comfortable. You have to see it!! There are 12 or 13 buildings in this complex, with 8 apartments in each building. My apartment is on the bottom floor.. thank goodness! Please.. let me know if you're interested!

It is a 2bed/2.5 bath. I recently bought this property and need a roommate to share the house with me. I have two small dogs that stick to themselves and you would not be required to help with them. Everything except the bedroom you are renting is taken care of funrniture wise. The kitchen/washer/dryer are available as needed.

The place is a 3bed/2 bath condo with one room ready to move in. The place has new carpet & furnished living room, big kitchen with wooden floor, patio with yard, washer&dryer, dishwasher, & ceiling fans in all rooms. The bedroom is not furnished & has a private door entry to patio. We are easy-going, clean, and like to have a good time on weekends but don't party too much during the week. I am a student and the other girl is a professional. We are both 23.

Rent includes all utilities but phone and it includes FOOD. Smoking is allowed out on the deck only. Pets are up for discussion. We have one son who is a eight and one cat. We all have bedrooms on the first floor. The bedroom for rent is upstairs. It is completely private. Larger than the average bedroom. Has a walk in closet and window seat.
