Full size bath upstairs, half-bath downstairs. Parking available in front of unit.(not covered). Landlord will not allow pets. He is only allowing me to have a roommate for 90 days. The rent includes water/sewage/trash , and your share of rent would be $395. I pay separately for electric and gas, and would require a portion of bill to help pay.
