I have no problems letting other people use my stuff as long as it doesn't get trashed. I don't mind people being around. I guess I'd like to have a roommate thats relaxed also and enjoys life.
muggingiggle   two responsible people needed to help pay rent on my 4 br house. Is a beautiful house in a nice neighborhood in Harrison. I would prefer single non/outside smokers. male or female doesnt matter to me if you pay your rent on time. You will have full access to the community areas, the living room, and kitchen, which are furnished. My bedroom is on the first level so you will have the upstairs to share with the other two renters. I have a cat. you may bring pets if you wish, $100 pet deposit.

I am not too picky about what area of the Chatt/Cleveland area I am looking for. I have a cat, but I may rehome him regardless of pet preferences. I need affordable, flexible, and drama free. I spend a lot of time away from my place as is, & will probably continue to do so. Just putting out feelers for options. T
