This is a smaller but very cute 2 bedroom home with a one car garage and a large fenced in yard. It is within walking distance of Kindleberger park and is close to downtown Kalamazoo, Parchment and Gull road. It is Kalamazoo promise eligible and is not too far from KVCC or Western. It has a roomy kitchen with all appliances,utensils,dishes etc. you could need,there is a larger living room with a nice television,surround sound and dining table for your use and a neat bathroom with tub and shower.
