zeke197   It is located in a sub division (Colonial Charters), about 3 miles from the Walmart Super Center on Raeford Rd. The houe is about 4 years old, and has a 8 foot fenced in back yard, gates locked. The back yard is big and I do use the back part of the back yard for a garden. The inside of the hose is furnished except for the room being rented. the room is about 10ft. by 10ft., and you will have your own bathroom as well. You will have house privaledges, with the exception of my room and bathroom.

missyk   I'm looking for a clean preferably female roommate. I have a dog. I would be more than happy if you had pets. My dog gets along with both cats and dogs. The only thing I ask is that your pet is potty trained and on a flea control. I rent the house I'm in, so you'll have to pay $10 for background check with the rental company. Might have to pay pet deposit. I paid one already for my dog it was a $150. I don't know if additional pets will cost anything.
