Part of a 2 BR apt. in a 2 family house. Within walking distance of downtown and very close to I-84/Exit 5. Apt. features 1 Bath, Eat In Kitchen, Extra Closet space, hardwood floors and other cool amenities such as Cable, High-Speed Internet and a Ping Pong table! The common area will feature some furnishings including a couch, kitchen table & chairs. Overall, the apt. is well kept.

This is part of an apartment community only about five minutes from the center of Danbury and ten minutes from the mall. It's in a very nice area overlooking the country club and certainly has its wealth of features as you can see. Two music students at Western Connecticut State University are sharing a three bedroom place and need a roommate, hence this profile. Please note that there are 2 bathroom, so one will need to be shared. The rent is approximate and most utilities are not included.
