camvet   It's a 1600 square foot condo, and the bedroom that would be yours is pretty good size. The place is in good shape as I've been remodeling it since I bought, the carpets are freshly cleaned (about 2 weeks) ago and look new. The entire place was painted about 6 months ago and everything looks nice. With each week it looks nicer as I replace fixtures and stuff. It's probably the nicest one in the complex after all the work i've done. The pool, tennis courts, and landscaping are all very nice.
Phweak   I need to get out of my house. I need a place I can call my own (even if just partially). I can fully relocate, I don't have too much other than clothes (a Playstation, and some odds and ends). If I am to move, I will have a job within the week, be it construction or dishwashing, whoever will take me. I will be reliable, I will get my months rent on time without question.

A few explanations on my profile; right now I have a job at a local resteraunt, if I were to move I wouldn't be able work, however, I would apply for any job in the area, and with a good public transportation system, getting a county job or construction or whatever may be the case, would be no problem.
