blondie86   Very clean/ cozy mobile home well taken care of recently redone. 2 bedrooms , 1 and a half bath, ok size kitchen which is open to the spacious frony room and also includes two roof covered porches. The home is in a quite neighborhood and the yard is kept up by the land lord. I think its a perfect place for two young female roommates to live.
misskitty   We have a great house that was remodeled a few years ago. It's in a really nice neighborhood. We have a pretty big yard with invisible fencing for dogs. Very good neighbors. It's quite and only about 10mins from Carbondale.
JimmyS   Four bedroom townhouse. Very large, app. 1700 sqft. Ideal to be shared by two people, who like a lot of space(extra room), extra space could even be used to run a small office or business out of. Rent total is $675, roommate would be expected to pay their half of rent and all utilities. Laundry room facilities on site. Great location, 1 block southwest of Tower Sqare Marion, near everything.
JimS   Newly remodeled, 2 bedroom, 1 full bath. All appliances included, refrigerator, range, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and a large walk-in pantry. Landlord pays water, all other utilities are tenant responsibility(split). Washer and Dryer in each building.
noodle83   Decent sized house in nice neighborhood about 15min from SIUC campus. Large sized yard with invisible fencing for dog. Old house but has been remodeled very nicely. 2 living rooms, large kitchen, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom, with a storage shed in back yard.
