The place is Carmel, NY which is close to Interstate 84 & 684. It is about at 15-20 minute commute to Danbury. The place is about 2000 Sq and is in awesome shape. The basement is fully furnished and will have a Home Theater System with Stadium type seating. There are 3 1/2 bathrooms and each bedroom has its own full bath. There is 1/2 bath on the main floor and a full bath in the basement as well. There is a porch and the basement walks out to backyard. AOL screename is Gutster13
