Shared bathroom w/your own room w/bathroom sink, counter and drawer space for toiletries. Washer/dryer. Patio outback with a view of Mt Emily. I’m a preschool teacher who works a lot and is gone on some weekends. No drugs or parties. I do have a feral cat which you will rarely see. Available the first week of June 2022.
