The rent is high because of everything is included, furniture, dishes, tv, phone, water, bedroom is only thing not fully furnished. There is some bedroom furnishings. Two kitchens, one upstairs one down stairs. Nice large downstairs area with bar. Garden started, HUGE yard in back, small yard in front. Quiet neighborhood.
