It is in a nice neighborhood of track homes. Its in kind of a culd-a-sac. Behind the house are views of the mountains. It is a few miles from NAU. And about a miles from the Flagstaff Mall. We are hoping to fill the rooms with 2 girls to a room. My sister and I have one of the rooms and There is already someone else coming with us so we need 3 more roommates. We will move in on Aug. 25th. The rent includes the utilities.

I'm generally laid back and/or reserved. Not much gets on my nerves, although I do appreciate having my own space in which to get away from everything when I need some alone time. I'm a big fan of metal music, but know how to use a volume control. I like to drink a reasonable amount, but am not into the bar/club scene. I've lived with both girls and guys, so I know how to put the toilet lid down. Finally, I own a working NES. That's a plus if you ask me. :]

Skater girl this is the place for you! 1/2 pipe, mini ramp, hot tub, large liv. rm and if you like to cook you can save a bunch of money! 14 miles to the lift at snowbowl, about a mile to NAU and 300 yards to the emergency room at FMC. LOL

Am looking for someone to share this townhouse with....I have not yet rented it, but am hoping to if I can find a roommate (and if it's still available).
3 stories, top floor has a loft (for study/work area) and full bath, middle floor has two decent sized bedrooms and full bath inbetween, downstairs has w/d hookups, nice large kitchen and family room. Very clean, has 'berber' carpet (tight woven carpet), patio through sliding glass door behind kitchen. Storage beneath stairs. Neat place
