davidandandi   I am offering the finished basement bedroom of my 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. The "to be rented" area consists of large 360 sq foot open room, attached laundry room, and private bathroom. You are more than welcome to add a dog to the household. No cats!! Also, we have 2 sons whom do come to visit, but have their own room on the 2nd fl. where the Master bedroom and community bathroom is. I am asking for $400.00 a month, this will include all but l.d. calls and your food. Deposit can be split by 3.
