How was built 2 years ago and I am the first owner. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs plus the master bedroom. The laundry room is on the 3rd floor as well. The basement is unfinished and I am willing to let someone take that as their bedroom for more privacy. The house includes a huge yard with a bonfire pit. It's in a nice neighborhood in a newer development.
