Hello I have a 3 bedroom house to share with washer dryer and basement. Rooms are very small but house is medium size. All utilities are included and NO credit check.
I have a butler who comes over and cleans once a week. I want a NON-smoker (female roommate prefered) who is outside (not in house) drinker. No kids or pets. Any age renter as long as you pay your rent on the 29th of each month.
