Apartment is part of a house on a farm, Landlords own
other part of house, stay out of the way. There is a barn
and a pond and many acres of land. The room for rent is
not very big, unfurnished. The rest of the apartement is
quite large, and furnished. I have a dog and two cats.

I have 30lb cocker spaniel who I would like to take with me if possible, he is house trained and well behaved; if not I understand and he can continue to live with my parents while I start my career as a RN.
