Rent includes EVERYTHING-- electricity (AC too!), utilities, wifi, cable, etc. We have a 2 car garage and the lease includes Stout parking passes. My boyfriend and I both work about 30 hours a week and we keep to ourselves in the time we are home. We prefer no smoking, but we are open to social drinkers. We value a semi-clean household as well.
