Apartment is around 4 years old. Clean. In good condition. Pets would be allowed, but you would have to pay pet costs. Smoke free, drug free, alcohol free environment. 2 bed/ 2 bath. I've provided sofa, tv, table, microwave, etc. rent would be 300 a month plus half of unincluded utilites.

I am laid back, and going into my senior year at UNCW. I am a psychology major, and I have a 2 year old cat named Moe. He is fixed, and extremely sweet. Probably the best cat on the face of the earth. I am very flexible, and easy to get along with. I hate confrotation. I also cannot spell very well as you can see. BUT, I need to find a place within the next month, because all of my current roomates have graduated, and they are moving soon. I LOVE THE BEACH!!!!
