Hi we have a 2 story house. There is a large room down stairs with a 1/2 bathroom right next to it that we can rent out. Or a room up stairs that's private and away from other rooms. If you like the room upstairs there is also a loft that you can use right next to it. We have a large backyard and an extra parking spot in the garage.
