We are a couple 18 & 21 looking for a room to rent out in East Tennessee, preferably near Knoxville. We are quiet, friendly, clean, responsible, and dependable. We both work and would have no problem keeping up our rent. We can afford up to $500/month. We have no pets, although we are comfortable with our roommate(s) having a pet or two. We have no kids and prefer that our roommate(s) have none. But, if the perfect roommate(s) have a kid, that's fine with us.
