It is a right on the edge of the Ceba commuter lot at Louisiana State University. The complex itself is a bit older, built in the 70's, but it is kept up so extraordinarily well. I lived there during my first year at LSU and had a great experience. If I ever had a maintenance issue, the repair guy showed up almost before I could hang up the phone. The living room is extremely spacious, and it's an all around good place to live. 8 minute walk to the quad if you have long legs like me!
