The room is approximately 10' x 12', furnished with a bed, dresser, desk, chair, and nightstand. This is a 3 month agreement and converts to month-to-month share rental, for one person only. Extended basic cable TV (100 channels), and wireless broadband internet is included. PG&E utility bill is split.
