In all honesty, I'm torn between leasing an apt and finding a roommate. My biggest fear is the thought of someone going through my things while I'm gone. I need someone I can trust and respect who will do the same. I tend to keep to myself and would like a nice, stress-free place. I work M-F 9 to 6, and would like a place I can just relax. Ideally, between Oviedo and Winter Park. And I'm fine with monthly rent, but I can't do a big deposit right now. Thanks for looking!
