Hi i live in a 2 master bedroom apartment in ft. Myers. 15 min from downtown. 15 min from the beaches. I go to fsw and work full time. Im also in the military so I am gone one weekend a month. I have a cat who is a one household animal so unfortunately no other pets. Rent just went up and would like to have someone to split the costs with. That does not include water or fpl. Cable and wifi included. 3rd floor with balcony. Parking is never an issue nor are the neighbors. Im very clean. Till Nov.
