This home is in 55 and older park. I rent from an older couple but I'm and not 55, and my last roommate was 22. No parties, No men spending the ,and semi quiet. I am a student and my courses are all on line. Must like cats and dogs. They are very sweet . I'd rather not add any more animals to the house but am open to negotiate.
