Looking for 1 of 2 options. 1st would be a very reasonably priced room for just myself. 2nd would be renting 2 rooms for not just myself, but my best friend too (35-year-old male). Budget=$700 together. Both courteous, trustworthy, and friendly. We are willing to cook, clean, and do whatever we can possibly help with. We each have children & would like to have visits at the house when possible.
