I am a 23 year old college student looking to rent a room for cheap. I am looking for a nice place and to rent with a person of morals and someone who is respectful and friendly. I need absolute quiet from ten p.m. on at night time. I graduate in two years and would like to live in the same place for those two years. I work, take full time classes, and volunteer. I like quiet and I prefer the house to be a safe place to rest, eat, and sleep. I prefer that its not a "hang out" place. :) Thanks so
