Nice country setting, but 5 miles from town. Lots of privacy, but there will be some shared spaces. This is a project. Your room & bathroom is ready and available furnished or I'll take the furniture out. The kitchenette is not ready YET, so we'll share for awhile. That's why the rent is so inexpensive. You can be happy and secure here. Please understand...I'm not looking for a housekeeper, gardener or someone to help renovate the house. Just a roomer to split expenses & help fill up this place!
