I am a current homeowner, but recently accepted a new position at work which requires me to be at our PCB office. I'm looking to split rent with someone for around a year, to see how my new position pans out. If all goes well with work, I plan on selling my house and buying on the beach or in Panama city. The reason I need to move is because my home is in Chipley and it takes me almost two hours to get to work and about $600 a month in gas. This is why I'm looking for something a little closer.
